Construction set won't load any mods after I save

I installed the game a year ago and was using the construction set and it did not have any problems, then I uninstalled the whole game. So I wanted to play it again and I installed the game and all of the plugins and patches, and the construction set has the newest patch. So I was trying to make a NPC person in the construction set and I put some stuff from other mods on it like weapon mods and I saved it and it had not errors, then I tried loading it in game but the NPC did not have any of the items on it so I opened the construction set again and I had all the same data files that I loaded the first time and I set the file I made as active and it started loading alright but at the end I get an error message that say's "Unable to find container object (020011DC) on owner "Guy", then is just askes me to continue or not, so I do and all of the moded things get deleted and I also tried it with the original items from oblivion and they did load, it's only with mods, and ever mod. It also does not load races, when you save and reload it does the same thing but it changes the NPC's race to the vampire race, and if I try to just put the mod objects on the ground they will not load either. So I have tried a lot of things and I ran out of idea's. I use Obmm to install the mods, but I have also tried to install them manually because that is what I did a year ago and it still did not work. I have tried reinstalling the game a few times in differant locations and that also does not work. My computer runs the game fine, but I am using windows Vista 64 bit, but, I also tried to install it on Windows 7 64 because it is dual booted and it did the same thing.

I have also looked everywhere for in answer, well actually it was just a bunch of google searches but none of them came up with the error I am having.

The Oblivion CS will not let you make an esp file, that is dependent on another esp file, without jumping thru some hoops.

Requesting a move to the CS forum. :D

Hmm...Okay try this once you've loaded all of the plugins you want resources from:

1. Find the model path of each object you want to use, as shown http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/8327/csmodeltab.jpg.

2. Now right click in the category it needs to be added to (i,e. for containers, click in the Container list) and select "New".

http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/8317/csnewobjectwidow.jpg should pop up.

3. Put a new RefID in the ID box (like MyNewObject01 or something).

4. Click on "Add NIF File" and go through the folders outlined in the model path you looked at in step 1.

5. Select the .NIF and click "OK".

This method is a bit tedious, but it should get you all the models (one by one) that you want to use.

Alright that worked for all of the objects and they work in game, thanks. But I still have the problem when I try loading a mod race and sace it and then reload it, it just makes it's race into the vampire race. And when you see the NPC in game, well you can't because it has no textures I'm guessing and it is invisable but I know it is there because I put something on it and It had it on. Do you know how to fix that?
