Ok, Does any one know wher i can get a Ship mesh? Like a solid ship, not a ship that you have to assemble yourself.

It's not too hard to lump all of the elements into one .NIF; but all the same, I did this a while ago just to play around with it. Download it http://sites.google.com/site/gregsimmonds2/hosting/hosting-general-02/ShipWhole.nif?attredirects=0&d=1. There's not much advantage to having a full .NIF though. You can't really make it stand out too much - it's just a ship!

Good luck though! Should save you some time. :)

NifSkope is really the only way to play around with the meshes that the game uses.
If you're serious about wanting to add or modify the objects in Oblivion; not just placing ones that already exist, you're going to have to get proficient at using it. I suggest http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/NifSkope_Comprehensive_Guide comprehensive guide to NifSkope if you want to do this. It helped me out when I was learning to use it, and it's still good reference material for when I get rusty on something! I strongly reccomend using it.

Good luck! :)
