It doesn't matter if I've got radio mods installed (e.g., GNR Fixes + MWTCF [100], etc.) or not. In both cases, all sound is perfect, except for radio music. That stutters, invariably. :brokencomputer:
Now, let it not be said that I don't at least try to figure things out, search, and so on, before posting!

So, I've attempted altering two audio-related ini settings (one to begin with, then two), using K-Lite's codec tweak tool, uninstalling K-Lite, installing the Win7 Codec Pack (I'm on Win7 HP64), and installing/uninstalling a variety of mods. Each in turn; not all at once.

Still no luck.

My sound card is an Asus Xonar Essence STX, and it doesn't give my issues with any other game, so far. Not even Oblivion, for example, though that's a very similar game. I have 4GB of DDR2 (good stuff), an e8400 @ 4GHz (100% stable), and an HD5870 (again, 100% stable). The hard drives are fine; defragged too. The system is stable as can be, in general. Everything runs fairly cool (decent case and fans help there).
I'm a bit puzzled, and stuck now, what's more. I have no idea what to try next. Any ideas?
