Does this mod order look right to you? : Fallout 3

I'm having some freezing problems with Fallout 3, and I'm trying to narrow it down to what is causing it, seeing as I'm new to modding games, could someone tell me if this mod order looks right?

Move all of those Fellout esps below DC Interiors Combo Edition.esm. Always put your esms at the top of your load order.

Much better. I would move the Fellout- pipboy light mod right above Fellout- Full.esp.

Hint: You can hit the Load Order button at the top of Fomm and select Copy to Clipboard and paste that here without having to take a pic and upload it
