undoing onflicting mods

I've just downloaded the chorrol house basemant mod, because i got tired of storing my stuff in too few chests. Only it seems to conflict with the unofficial oblivion patch. Since I want the changes from the mod to apply, not from the patch, I tried to remove some stuff added by the patch in unofficial oblivion patch.esp. Only, this doesnt seem to be enough. Is there some way to reset some cells to the original state in a mod that changes many cells? or is there someone else I can do to avoid this conflict, apart from deactivating one of the .esps?

What conflict? and which basemant mod for the house?

Are you loading the basemant mod sfter the UOP, or have your attempts moved the UOP to the end?
