Well, that's an odd bug

As the title states, I'm having a strange bug. As the subtitle states, I have infinite reach--I can interact with objects or actors from any distance away as long as they're visible. I can disarm mines from across the map, drop grenades into people's pockets from sniper rifle range, etc.

I assume there must be some kind of global setting that controls how far away you can interact with things that one of my mods is screwing with, but I don't know what it is. I know how to use FO3Edit, so if someone knows what I should be looking for I can check which of my mod is at fault.

And, somewhat random query, should I still be using Master Update if I use a Bashed Patch?

Edit: http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/296607-grabpickupactivateloot-distance-error/ reports someone with a similar problem. I have three of the mods he mentions, so I'll try deactivating them and seeing if that resolves the problem.

Edit edit: Well, that was easy. Disabling Mothership Zeta Crew fixed it.

I just disabled the ESM, so that also disabled the tweaks and Enclave Commander-esque mod I have for it, so the problem may be in one of them. Time to see if I can narrow it down.

Hmm. Apparently it's not Mothership Zeta Crew. Or at least, maybe not...

I narrowed it down--it happens after I press the G key. I thought it was related to throwing grenades until I rebound the grenade key to the side mousebutton and that stopped the problem, but pressing G bought it back.

I combed through my in-game config menus a few times, and rebound things, but I'm not sure what mod it is because G doesn't seem to do anything OTHER than give me incredibly powerful telekinesis. I guess I'll need to go sort through my readmes and see if there's anything I haven't thought of that's bound to G by default. :brokencomputer:

Yeah, I just disabled Mothership Crew.esm completely and tried again, and pressing G still caused it, so MSC isn't the problem. Rebinding everything away from G is a temporary fix, but other than that, it's readme time unless anyone has any ideas?

Edit: I've been checking through the readmes and haven't found anything obvious so far.
