I think we should begin a new legacy, starting in northern skyrim, where instead of being a prisoner, you will be a soldier fighting for a new emporer, or the former "Champion of Cyrodiil". You and the Champion of Cyrodiil along with several unimportant imperial soldiers and Nord warriors will board a ship to akavir in attempt to find the nerevarine and rescue him, and learn his purpose for travelling to Akavir. Once he is found, or discovered dead, you will head back to Skyrim, with the knowledge that the natives of akavir are threatening dawn's beauty (Tamriel, whatever). Go through several insincerely hard tasks throughout ALL of Cyrodiil, Summerset Isle, Vvardenfell, and Skyrim to obtain soldiers, artifacts, knowledge, and power to combat the "people" of akavir in a bloody campaign of sieges and invasions, forcing chaos throughout the land, mass paranoia, and an upcrease in the use of skooma(?). Hopefully, there will be an appearence of a Daedric god, Possible return(?or Revealence?) of a Dwemer, the appearence of Vivec, and showing each of the nine divines. I forgot what Mysterious Akavir said what was in Akavir, but i know it was some type of Beast-people. I'm gonna have to check that. (By the way), after this is all finished? Well a temporary peace of course...in which you should make more of the "Evil" factions and the good factions joinable. Such as Daedra Worshippers, Necromancers, Noble Houses(?), Imperial Legion (Again, The imperial faction mod in oblivion wasn't good enough for us all :P), or even taking the side of Akavir, and doom tamriel itself, where you will live in a destroyed, fiery ruin of your old home. Oh, and keep the character customization, really nice.

i would like to see telekinesis be useful. like being able to throw objects. the larger the object, the more sp/skill lvl needed. thrown items should also cause dmg. which would depend on wieght, and also skill. distance would need to factored in aswell. it could also be used to snuff out candles from a distance. or to toss or knock over a small object creating a distraction.
also how about force dmg of some sort. force spells. there should be more offensive spells in general, besides destruction spells. maybe something like being able to make someone implode/explode. fear type spells. something like making your enemy feel terrified and cower in a corner. or give them a terrible sickness, like nausea, or a nasty headache. and actually have the npc's/ monsters act accordingly, and have good animations. if anyone can add these features to an rpg...beth can.

I'd like to be able to boil the sap in trees to make them explode, or freeze them i think both would make it explode.

why do you think you have to go around half of tamriel in search of soldiers artifacts knowledge and power?

Sorry but please no "Evil/Good Factions" stuff, instead just have FACTIONS but don't give them a "good or evil" labeling.
