I was just walking across the bridge in Bravil and heard a splash so I dove into the water for a closer look. Wretched Aia was floating face down in the water. :o

I've found Vanderallen Trebatius dead under the Skingrad bridge twice now. That bridge is rough on NPCs, though with the UOP, I don't find Shum dead under it any more. I just get a message that he's unconscious.

Given enough time, Mazoga will often die-- sometimes to bandits, but more often to Will o' the Wisps. I make her essential just so that won't happen.

The first two the OP listed-- City Swimmer and Shameer-- are definitely the ones I see it happen to most often, and both the same way-- they get caught stealing.

I was in the West Weald Inn when Else God-Hater suddenly armoured up and attacked someone who was invisible. I followed the fight up two flights of stairs until eventually she won and Graklak gro-Buglump was dead. I went back down to the ground floor and a guard rushed past me so I followed him and this time it was Else that bit the dust.

Rofl right when I finished teh MQ *possible spoilers?* all the guards starting mobbing High Chancellor Ocato (sp?). Needless to say the battle never ending with a plethora of dead guards on the streets.

I keep meaning to check, and keep forgetting-- I'm willing to bet that Carandial-- the Bravil mage who likes to spend his spare time at Anutwyll-- dies pretty regularly.

For my mod Kragenir's Death Quest these random NPC deaths were an absolute disaster. It would be nice to have a list.

I've seen two NPCs from Tamriel Travellers outside Chorrol suddenly fly into the air in a burst of flame and fall back dead. All with other NPCs walking right by them and no sign of an attack.

I've watched Ocato and Jauffre get into a fight somehow at the end of the MQ, with Jauffre on the losing end, obviously.

I've come across Alval Uvani in the second floor of the West Weald Inn, murdered and propped up behind some chairs.

I've entered the Palace Grounds in New Sheoth just in time to watch two Dark Seducers kill... a Dark Seducer.

Ever since I installed Wandering Encounters, dead civilians and guards litter mostly the market place that I have noticed.

It is like something comes into the city (seen a giant rat recently dead), someone attacks it, someone gets in the way and gets hit, they attack back or someone else comes to their aid, then another comes...very poor AI/faction handling IMO.

It makes getting gold, keys, etc too easy as all I have to do is find a body and loot it. I found a dead bandit outside possibly killed by a merchant and they had this full body black lite armor suit (which with BFG's armory mod that causes broken armor to fall to the ground, so I started running around naked -with Roberts - after this super goblin outside beat it off me in like 10 seconds).

I have been contemplating removing this mod for the annoyance and imbalance, but it does make for interesting things outside maybe. I had a merchant's guard show up inside a bandit cave near IC, kill the 2 or 3 that showed up while I was within striking distance sneaking in shadows, then he ran off farther down where I eventually found him dead near a bandit wizard.
