issue with mods showing up, but theres a twist

I downloaded a bunch or armor mods, I have put them in the correct directory. I wanted to check out all the armor ingame (since alot have the armor sold at certain levels or have other prerequisits) I started a new mod using CS that is suppose to just put a copy of all the new armor into a container just right outside the prison exit. for some reason the armor is not wanting to show up in the container, i made a new chest on the dock, the chest appears but the armor is not inside. the first try there were two items called "chest" and when I clicked on them they disapered and nothing new was in my inventory. I tried placing the armors in the boat instead since i am new to OB CS and figured I was doing something wrong with chests, reloaded (clean save btw), but the armor would not even appear in the boat.

I looked up these problems online and the consensus is that these kind of issues with mods showing up is based on not having the latest update for either OB or CS, I checked and mine are both 1.200416 (or whatever) and not only that but I took it a step further and added a vanilla item to the chest to see if it was an issue with CS like what is common but the item appeared (it was an eboney shield)

so I then thought maybe its an issue with the mods or some other compatability issue, so I manually went to one of the locations of armor that did not need prerequisite, (it was ancient silver armor mod btw) and sure enough the armor, modded frost atronach and claymore were there and looking great. so I tried to put copies of that armor into the chests because I knew definitively I was able to run that mod, I got the same results with "chest" item as the first attempt. reloaded CS and checked the chest's inventory and instead of the armor as I had when last saved that mod there were two items with the ID of the chest they were in.

I have no idea what any of this is about, but it doesn't appear to be the same as what other people have had issues with from what I saw looking this up. can any one point me in the right direction of resolving this.

The problem is that you are trying to use content from one mod in another. That doesn't work. Try using http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/De-Isolation_Tutorial.

hah, true. so its much more different from MW cs than I thought. how wierd. so I just individually edited each mod to add new container locations. issue is now that i have a new chest for every armor mod. oh well, i'll probably try to learn about esp mastering later if I get sick of editing each mod individually.
