So, watching the latest videos, Get Smart, I heard that Brink had three ways of play: Single Player Story, Multi Player Games and Challenges.

I was just wondering, would that mean it only had three lobbies to choose from?



As a Halo fan myself, I was hoping to have Custom Game Lobbies and Theater Mode Lobbies. Does anyone know anything about that?

There is no theatre mode.

And in Freeplay you can customise the settings.

There are 3 lobby options (to my understanding anyway)

Campaign- Play through the story in order with standard rules.

Freeplay- Basically like private matches, or custom games as you would probably know them.

Challenges- Compete in specific scenarios to unlock new equipment.

Singleplayer, Co-op and Multiplayer are all in the same and can be accessed just by opening slots.,

I believe Stopwatch does stll exist. Which is a competitive mode with standard rules.

can someone confirm this. Stopwatch is the main reason i will keep playing the game or buy it tbh
just playing pubs will get boring especially since im sure there is no in game clan system to directly challenge other clans

is it handled via matchmaking or is it a private match?
say my friends and i dont wanna play campaign in matchmaking but just rather play stopwatch we can do that right? And it uses the same rules as standard meaning if ur in rank 3 u wont get matched up with lower ranks right?
and does that mean ur characters get a look for each faction?

if u dont have a full party of 8 would stopwatch add in bots cuz so far 5v5 seems like the number many competitive sites looking into

just trying to clear a few things up as competitive/clan matches are what makes games interesting for me and seeing that gb has still yet to put up a ladder for the game i wanna make sure i can get my competitive fix via ingame without having to rely on gb

In matchmaking, it will add bots.
In private matches, you can disable them off.

Just to clarify, pubs can still join Stopwatch mode; it isn't a strict competitive-players only mode. I'll usually be in that, and I don't really coordinate times to play with friends...if they're on, they're on, and I'll just join randoms if not.
