Blacking out after ambush

After being ambushed in Vault 87, I just lie on the floor with a black screen (I can turn on NV and look up at the enclave goons standing over me for variety), but the game refuses to advance beyond this point.

Is this a known issue?

Is it mod related?

What should I do?

Hi. Afraid I don't have a fix to your problem, but I'm sure I've heard/read about it before. Could be a FOOK thing?

Thanks for the suggestion, I thought that would do it, but I have the latest Fook and it already includes that patch, there must be something else messing with the script.
