Does CS Wiki work for others? I get only blank screen. Is it down or do I have a problem?

Google's Cache seems to be working, however-- so if you know the command, you should be able to get the cached version, if ti helps. (in case you don't know, just enter the term into Google, with CS wiki, and then select "Cached" next to the URL at the bottom of the entry)
