As we all know Jyggalag's sphere is Order... Or do we know this? Isn't Peryite's realm Order? Despite a certain quest in Oblivion...

Peryite's sphere is "ordering the lowest orders of Oblivion" ("Book of Daedra"), not "Order". He's the Taskmaster. He also seems to be associated with pestilence ("On Oblivion").
