Is it safe to use a mod that has load errors in TES4Edit?

I used TES4Edit to clean "Gates To Aesgaard - Episode 1" (GTAesgaard.esp) and got a number of error messages when I opened the ESP. I went ahead and cleaned the ESP. The errors are still present on the cleaned ESP.

1. Is it safe to run the mod?
2. Should I use the cleaned ESP or the original?
3. Have I messed something up and, as a result, the only one getting this error on a very popular mod?

I don't have Aesgaard but as far as my understanding that is funny flags/data specificying that those creatures (ACRE are placed creatures) are visible when distant - which AFAIK is something the game wouldn't expect (but would probably have no problem with) and TES4Edit doesn't expect it either so raises teh warnings... should be safe to use the cleaned esp though. - I don't believe that those oddities will cause any in game problems; probably won't do anything whatsoever.

Those warnings have no affect on anything. Even though it's legal in the CS to check the VWD flag on creatures, the game will not process the information.
