I have the "Heal" Spell and i cast it and everything but my health doesnt go up any its like its bugged or something ?

If you made the spell in the spellmaker, you have to make sure that you specified that it is Heal health, not heal fatigue or an attribute.
You should be able to verify the spell's actual effect by clicking on it in your spellbook and looking at the panel to the right.

Yeah I ended up mistaking Health with fatigue at the time and I acually bought the "Heal" Spell which heals health not fatigue Thanks for replying though.

Are you sure you're looking at the right bar? Health is green, Fatigue is red. I think it's reversed in MW.
