New install on new PC. Can I bring my mods?

Hey, I'm about to install Fallout 3 with the first 4 DLCs onto my new computer. On the old comp I was using 59-60 mods, and I remember some of them weren't too easy to install, so I'd like to avoid that if I can. Can I just copy my entire /Data folder to a USB drive and then copy it over after I do the new install/patch? I know I'd have to reinstall things like FOSE, FOMM, and AI (?)...but is it that easy? Or do I have to reinstall every mod again? -I have a bunch of old saves too...that's a big reason I don't wanna mess anything up.

Oh yeah, that mod that would take it form 59 to 60... I have no idea what it is or where it came from. Its called BackWithMore.esp. I did a few searches but couldn't find anything about it. -Does anyone know what it is?

It's been a while since I've played too, after 1.6 though. -Thanks for your help.

Yes, that should work OK. As long has nothing as changed in your initial install.
