The only. And I mean ONLY thing I can't [censored] stand about this game, is the fact I can kill someone, in a shed, with a silenced gun, knife, hands, whatever, with a sneak attack, and somehow, somewhere, an entire [censored] civilization will come down on my ass.

I am wondering if there is a mod out there which actually makes it possible to KILL someone without an entire culture trying to crucify me for it.

I'm not sure what game you're playing, but it certainly doesn't work that way for me. I like playing as a Sniper and in the default game I can pick off my targets one by one with absolutely no response from characters nearby. I had to get the Responsive Kill Reactions mod in order to make things seem more realistic that way.

I think this is more in reference to people in towns and such, and possibly having mods that adjust factions and stuff as well. Anyways, I think what you want is http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8050, though I must say in this case, a search for stealth kills on nexus immediately presented this as a result, perhaps taking a second to look quick for something is in order (sorry, have just seen way too many requests recently where if the request itself were put into a search on a mod site it would get what they needed).

I do sneak kills just fine...using vats.
