FCOM Meshes/Textures not showing up

Some specific textures and meshes aren't showing up on people when I have FCOM activated, and I'm wondering from which base mod I will have to reinstall the textures and meshes. I used the 300 Test Cells, and the rooms where they don't show up are 00, 03, 06, and 07, containing mercenaries, raiders, bandits, and vampires respectively. Because of the invisible walls, I was only able to retrieve one item that wasn't showing up, and that was a 'short bow.' I was wondering if anyone knew what base mod these stem from, because I don't want to have to redownload OOO, Frans, and the rest.

When you are in the test cell you can use the console command " tcl ", to go through the invisible walls, and " tai " to disable NPC's AI, to check the objects using FormID Finder - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16704 - to find which mod is related.
