Every ability? Please do tell, because then you know more than us and I do not believe we can help you. If I had to guess, yes.

Maybe I am hoping its the homing beacon. I have done a bit of work on abilities.

im sorry its alot of guesses and they seem accurate i am saying this cause i could be wrong but anyway here it is:
going from the list like im reading

Disgise (because the face and nose is a disgise and cannot be used for anything else)
the Binoculors is the ability that interrogates a downed enemy and shows all enemys on the radar for a limited amount of time - seeing how its on the radar/minimap there isnt another operative ability that can be here
the turret is obviously the ability for hacking a turret
then the canister thing is either a emp grenade or the grenade that has smoke and throws out spikes
the next one is the command which either makes it harder to hack(which is my guess) or increases its health
then obviously the spike grenade
the remote control is to manually fire a friendly turret manually which i belive is the kind of turret that isnt automaticly fired but a mg nest
then its the hand which may be the mine finding thing
then the emp mind of the smoke and spikes
and finally the cortex bomb

and to clarify i only said the operative abilities

First one quoted here, you're wrong - it's the "control turret" ability that was mentioned on FB - you can hijack control of a TURRET, not MG nest - Engineers build them, ANYONE can use them.

And spotting mines is part of the basic Operative kit. Not an upgrade.

This thread can only go downhill from here so let's just save ourselves the agony before the mods exact it?

It's the beacon ability. Can't remember where I heard it (as usual), but I did.

Homing beacon yea, unless our operatives are practicing to become medics.

Do we know if the yellow indicator around the mine in the Get SMART: Basics video is a ability or objective?

Seems kind of silly for it to be an objective for Ops to spot mines. Perhaps it's an extension of the Combat Intuition ability?

I am fairly sure its an objective and it makes since since its one of the operative roles.

Seems like a weird objective...
Having it show you hidden mines through walls kind of defeats the purpose, but having it show you only ones you can seems redundant. Although, the latter could be useful if you already know where the other objectives are.

Mines probably won't be marked as objectives for you until you've seen them.

So you get line of sight on the mine, then get chased off before you can mark it. The mine becomes a potential objective, though, so you can use the objective wheel to get your bearings, get back to where you saw it, and use ironsights to mark it for the team.
