My computer right now is not connected to the internet and wont be for a while but this also means I cant mod Fallout 3.

So my question is, Can i download mods then transfer them to a data device (USB) then put the USB in my computer (That’s not connected to the internet) and then put my mods onto Fallout 3?

I know how to mod, I do it allot I just need to know if I could do this? ^^^

I store all of my mods on an external hard drive.

If what you want to do is download mods, put them on a USB and plug it in to another computer so you can put the mods on there than yes you can.

Thanks I didnt want to waste my time doing it and find out it doesnt work. Im gunna get right to it.
