[Request/Question] Increased prices for everything

Does anyone know of a mod to increase prices of items and doctor costs? If not, could someone either do it for me or tell me how? I'm looking for something like this: http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36494

FWE items are still inexpensive.
