Is there a mod, or does anyone know a way that I could automatically switch veiws from 1st to 3rd person when mounting a horse and vica versa on dismount?

I don't know how this mod will work in the situation you describe but from the description I would imagine so. I have only just started using it, seems a little annoying at first until it knows how you like your camera in any given situation (eg. sneaking, fighting with melee, fighting with marksman, running, walking etc.). After it's been running for a bit it's great! I like doing many things in 3rd person except when my character gets her bow out it switches to first person automatically! Excellent.
