Does anyone know what happened to Sarkander's animation mod for NPCs? I guess Sarkander just disappeared as well as the mod. It's a shame though. Oblivion needs more animations for NPCs for immersive reasons.

sarkandar became a daddy about two years ago, and his priorities changed.
The project was put on hold, and that is still it's status.

I think it's safe to say the project is dead.
