Basically I want horseback fighting to be implemented in Skyrim but at a penalty/buff (more penalty than buff) of some sort based on what you are currently doing on the horse (galloping, running, or just standing) and here are what I think the penalties should be:
1. Melee weapons (galloping): the time between your swings is increased by 4x (plus you have a small window of attacking because your going so fast :bolt: ), but your attacks do 1.5x the damage and a higher chance of staggering or knocking back the oppenent
Melee weapons (running): the time between your swings is increased by 2x
Melee weapons (standing): the time between your swings is increased by 1.25x
2. Bows (galloping): It is very difficult to aim (no duh your galloping :bolt: ) but your attacks do 1.5x the damage and higher chance of staggering or knocking back the opponent
Bows (running): It is moderately difficult to aim
Bows (standing): I cant thing of a good penalty for this bliviongate:
3. Magic (galloping): It is moderately difficult to aim and you cannot channel spells (flamethrower) :flamethrower: , but your spells can knock back your opponents
Magic (running): It is somewhat difficult to aim and you cannot channel spells (flamethower) :flamethrower:
Magic (standing): I cant thing of a good penalty for this bliviongate:
Feel free to post any ideas you have that you think are better than I have posted above this and please insert ideas for the last part of #2 and #3
