Adoring Fan Easter Egg

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 11:26 am

I was just thinking a while back, wouldn't it be awesome if you found an adoring fan descendant?
And he/she is COMPLETELY different than the adoring fan.

You make the assumption that the adoring fan was able to get laid. This is the hole in that theory.

You assume necromancers are that desperate.

Maybe some Nord who loves you for a specific thing you do in Skyrim? Named *Gavin The Adoring*.

Ugh, no thanks. Leave that damnable thing in the past along with the ashes of the empire. I also don't really get your OP. How would having an NPC related to the fan, yet entirely different personality wise be in any way worthwhile? It would just be a regular NPC, perhaps with a crazy hairdo. *shrugs*

With the banning of Necromancy, they can get pretty desperate. :hubbahubba:

well dont think we would see any referance of him but there will surly another pesky wood elf again like fargoth in morrowind was
the only 2 elderscroll non important persons that did made it from 1 game to another were m'aiq the liar who tells the stuff a lot of people would love to see in the game but didnt made it to it kind a person and staada the golden saint commander which i dont think seeing her again as the only thing as why see also apearce in oblivion is because of the SI expansion wich she is somekind part of but who knows she may return :P

You assume Necromancy is still banned :P

Gavin! Thats an interesting name. But he is not adoring. He would look exactly like the adoring fan but he would be super powerful.

If there was I'd probably just kill him again.... and again... and again....

He's probably the most powerful character in all Cyrodil... the one true Immortal. He's so far beyond mere liches.

How else wants to push the adoring fans down the 6,000 (or how many there are) steps?

You happen upon a hot springs in the volcanic tundra area of Skyrim.

You look down into one of the pitts to see a shriveled pruned Nord.

Nord: Please sir, a ghastly witch has stolen my clothing!

i doubt it, im sure bethesda assumes we all tossed his corpse off dive rock or had fun with him in some sort of mod, so he couldnt possibly reproduce. although it'd be pretty funny to get to kill another one :toughninja:

I thought the adoring fan was already an easter egg to fill the shoes of Fargoth. Every game must have a wood elf NPC designed to bother you. That's how it works. Going by that logic, I expect to see another wood elf in Skyrim that will force me to put it down, but it won't be the adoring fan or a direct continuation of him.
