This mod is a small christmas themed house mod with a christmas tree and openable presents, that I created for the Oblivion's Real Estate 12 Mods of Christmas. The house is small and cosy, but the presents are big and a lot of work has gone into them.

I would really appreciate some beta testing for this as I am concerned about FPS in the house, particularily by the fireplace and the lights. I also want to know if it is worth making a non Christmas version or whether to just discard it after Christmas.

Cool, downloading right now!

I was just in there and unfortunately there are textures missing from the stockings and the christmas tree ornaments but I don't know if this is just my problem as I had to reinstall Oblivion late last night. Beta testing will reveal it.

I have pulled this mod. There is a problem with the textures on the stockings and some of the tree baubles appearing black and as there has been zero interest in the mod since it's release five days ago, there is no point in me taking the time to investigate it when I have much other work on my plate. That combined with the fact that I have no idea what the problem is anyway, as far as I can tell all the correct textures were included in the download.

It was a surprise mod, the small shack was a red herring and the start of a short quest that led to a completely custom two story lodge, http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n99/Shezrie/ScreenShot6.jpg. I may pick it up in the future and make a non christmas version. So if you are one of the three people that downloaded it, and you have the same problem with the textures on the stockings and baubles and want to keep the house, you can fix the issue by downloading http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28620. But you might not have an issue, I don't know.
