Given the lack of player houses in Skingrad that use sixtius' house model, I figured there should be one. Plus I wanted to live there. Anyways, the house is redesigned to better fit a mage-y character, though it's not shrouded in arcane paraphernalia to the point where it's unusable for any other type of character.

Regarding sixtius... well, I'm not sure what'll happen if he's left alive. So, kill him either out of violence of your own accord, or let Glarthir do it in the Paranoia quest. Least there's a reason for guards to arrest him now.
