Patch is taking forever! : IV

i recently reinstalled oblivion on my laptop and when i try intall the patch V 1.2.0416UK it's taking well over an hour before it even reaches 30%

Anyone know why it's taking so long

Also just to say i had installed the patch previously and it installed in about 10 mins when i originally had oblivion on my laptop

I dunno, frozen maybe?
