I play a mainly archer character, and one day when I was sniping some enemy NPCs up tope from inside a small Oblivion tower, I suddenly started to get crashes everytime I moved while I was zoomed in with an arrow prepared on my bow. It crashes right when I press any of the directional arrow keys. I don't know what caused it, I hadn't messed with my mods recently and I was just playing Oblivion normally, but now the problem just won't go away.
Technically, I didn't actually crash because I have Windem Earle's Crash Prevention system that managed to stop it. But I always hear that windows system sound everytime I press a directional key with my bow zoomed in and arrow preped, meaning that something was persistently crashing.

I'm not modder so I can't understand any of it, but perhaps maybe you guys know what's going on or have had a similar problem and know how to fix it? I think it's probably a mod conflict, since I have Deadly Reflex 5 among my dozens of mods. I suppose since the crash prevention system is stopping the crash I can continue to play "normally" but I think it's still a problem.
My 2nd problem, is with enemy spell casters and Daedra archers. I play using FCOM so I guess the problem might reside there along with my bash patch, but NPC spellcasters whether friendly or foe, while in Oblivion Realm, such as scamps, flame atronaches or robed Dremora don't cast their ranged spells. Instead, they just stand at casting distance, and move left and right as if they were engaging me from a distance like usual, but no spells ever come out of their hands. This is a similar problem I have with Dremora archers although a bit different. Most of the time the Dremora archers also just stand at a distance, without even their bow drawn, moving as if they were firing arrows at me. But sometimes they'll get as far as drawing their bow, but as they try to prepare an arrow, they'll keep stuttering in the "draw arrow" animation and manage to shoot off one arrow after drawing like 50 times. And then on very rare occasions the Dremora archer shoot off arrows normally.
I'm not sure if this problem is just limited to Dremora archers since I don't see any other archers in the Oblivion realm. Why do I mention the oblivion realm you ask?
Because the weird thing is this only seems to happen while i'm in an Oblivion Realm. Outside of it NPCs cast spells at me and fire arrows at me like normal. Another weird thing about this one is that even though the enemy can't cast any ranged spells, they still do melee combat and self-healing/buffing, conjuration spells and magical staves normally. This is still very bad because it makes half the deadra useless and easy targets for my archer, they just move left and right while I shoot at them.
