The day/night system was removed. The rival svcked. Though I will admit I liked Emerald since you got to face both Aqua and Magma plus you got gym leader rematches. From best to worst I'd say:

I didn't include Black or White because I haven't played either since I'm waiting for the third game.

I'm still waiting on that Yellow Remake, its a shame it'll never happen.

Hmm, exactly how many different pokemon games are there? I missed a bunch in the middle. I remember playing Pokemon Blue/Red when I was younger, and then I think Gold? Had some cute little leaf type monster as one of the chooseables at the beginning. Then I missed all of them after that until Diamond/pearl/Platinum(I have both Diamond and Plat) and of course the most recent ones Black and White. I've always enjoyed them though, and wouldn't mind picking up some of the older ones that I missed.

i liked gen 3 more than gen 2. a remake so far is unnecessary imo but i would love to have pokemon battles using the AR cards. It MUST be possible!
