What should happen if you get bitten by a vampire and a were

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 2:32 am

It's already been said in the lore that Porphyric Hemophilia and Lycanthropy cannot exist simultaneously.

Correction. Porphyric Hemophilia & Sanies Lupinus. Which evolves to Vampirism & Lycanthropy.

The disease you contrast first should dominate. Hybrids are cool, but come'on...we're lucky enough if both vampires and werewolves make it in at all.

If I remember rightly in Bloodmoon, whichever one you had contracted first, or if you were already one of the damned, it would cancel the other out.

There was some sort of message saying Porphyric haemophillia ousts the lycanthropy in your system or whatever, It's been so long since I've played it I can't remember.

I doubt both diseases would work in a synergy of sorts, I could see one digesting the other in it's bid to consuming your body, besides, the Vampire of skyrim are a different clan of vampires aren't they? Don't they reside underneath frozen lakes waiting for their victims to walk over it so they can pull them under without breaking the ice?

Why can't you be both? A blood-drinking werewolf drained by sunshine. It doesn't look like a conflict. If it were two were-creatures, than it might be a problem

Since vampires are immune to disease if they get bit they just get a nasty wound that would heal up in a matter of momments and the same thing for werewolves

What if you had the missfortune of beeing bit by a vampire and a werewolf at the exact same time?

Simple really, you become both, Instead of being a human when your not in wolf form you would be a vampire. its that simple.

The synergy of the two diseases should kill you within 24 hours. :P

It depends, vampires are undead, they die after the incubation period, so I doubt the body would be able to suffer the strain of two magical diseases trying to reshape the body into some sort of mythical being.

Molag Bal is the creator of vampires, Hircine is the creator of werewolves, I don't think they made them to be adaptable to each other.

It was the same in Morrowind... Only one disease...

But we could be a vampire werewolf, if had the hircine ring...

I only want one to make a difference. Either you only get one disease, or one overrides the other (also wouldn't mind both killing each other). Any synergy of them seems like it would be very arbitrary to me.

Not sure how vampires are going to work out in Skyrim.
