Francesco's "No Seducers" and FCOM?

Okay, so BOSS and I don't know exactly what to do--I want to remove the Seducers from FCOM, so I got the Fran's patch for it--however, I'm unsure where to put it (and as it CTD's oblivion in any case) I think it needs some Bashed Patching--but I'm not terribly familiar with what I would tag it with and how I would then build my patch--can anyone help me?

Note that this claims the "Fran's No Seducers" plugin (which I had merged into the Bashed Patch) is missing a master file--the file unchecked is the Fran's Optional Creatures Items--a file that exists!

It needs the Frans New Creatures Addon esm which is not used in FCOM at all..

If you want the Seducers removed then a OOO no Sedurcer Patch would have to be made has that is what adds them in FCOM once again..
