I just parried a spell missile mid-air with an arrow in morrowind, I want that back please, because that was freakin awesome.

Have you ever caught an arrow or knocked it out of the air in Oblivion as it was flying towards you before, just out of curiousity? I want to know if that's possible.

Well I'm not really sure what happened, Some ash ghoul tried to send a lightning bolt after me, and I tried to shot him with an arrow and after the arrow left my bow, the lightning bolt just exploded mid-air. At first I though it was some collision glitch, but I did it again. Don't even know if it is not possible in OB, I just haven't experienced it in OB. I'll try repeating it with something else, don't know if it is dependent on marksman or agility, my agility is pretty high, and marksman too.

Its not dependent on anything. The game simply tells the spells to blow up on anything that has a collision box (i.e land features, the ground itself, people, and, yes, arrows). You can do the same thing with throwing stars as well.

Ha! nice! Shooting spells out of the air, hows that for magic resistance!
