Soo.. the release of my http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1082862-wipz-the-forgotten-realm/page__p__15776704&#entry15776704 mod is very close. Now, after I'm done with that one, I'm thinking of at least release one more mod! I have a few smaller wip mods in ma pocket. I'll briefly showcase some of them here in this post, and you get to say which one will be the most AWESOME :gun: The one which gets the most AWSOME-points will win, and I'll finish that one

Chanter's Island
A VERY wip mod.. It's basically a semi-nordic island on which an Akatosh Chantry stands. Also on the island is an imperial fort and a small village. The few quests would include you working for either chantry or fort, and find out about what happened to the native population. Could also make it so that you start the game upon the island, inside the Chantry.this mod's not so fancy But i liked the cliffs

Akatosh Chantry
This one is a bit more ambitious. The Akatosh Chantry is located in the Valus Mountains, complete with living quarters, priests, and Imperial Fort along with a smaller village containing a mini-arena. This mod would revolve around the Chantry, mosty, but could also contain a few Legion quests for the forts. Maybe arena fights too. Have also been experimenting with making the mod have the game start there, so you'll start out as a youngling in the Chantry, being raised by priests of Akatosh. This one I guess I'd like to finish off myself.

Dukeheart
This is a small town mod, which adds a small town with a couple of planned side-quests! Nothing too awesome I think a lot of the quests will be a little comic.. with weird people, doing weird stuff

I'd cast my AWESOME points vote to Reed River--but I'm not anyone with hegemony around here, so I can be safely ignored.

Addendum: I'd like to add that I find the Chantry to look quite awesome as well (though I'm partial to landscape mods), and would gladly vote for it as well.

My AWESOME points go to Akatosh Chantry. Sounds a bit different to the usual village/town/castle mods, and the mini arena sounds interesting. Also this seems to be your own preference as well, which is important when your enthusiasm starts flagging.

And godog, I like the word 'hegemony' even though I don't know what it means. do I have a bit of hegemony because I have a star beside my name in the forums?

Hegemony is typically applied to international politics, in context of "World Superpowers"--during the cold war, the USA and Soviet Union would have been regarded as hegemons, aka countries with hegemony.

And I imagine you do have at least a bit of it, considering the star and all ;P

I'll go with the Chantry as well. The Imperial Province always strikes me as pretty empty for, well, the Imperial Capital/province. A little more civilization, a few more quests - good things all.

I vote Akatosh Chantry, screenshots makes it look awesome...sounds pretty unique...and I love mountains

Chantry, since it seems to be the most complete and it has the longest summary (which makes me think it's your preference). they all look stunning though.

EDIT: will the alternate start be optional or mandatory?

I'll also chime in for the Akatosh Chantry and I think it would be great to start there also. It would give the adventures of my character alot more meaning, being from a small village and then adventuring all over the place. Very cool :goodjob: If I had a second choice it would be the Reed River, it just looks great. Looking forward to whichever one you decide on.
