i am looking for a shopping mod. not anything major, just want a mod that has a store with new items (where i can spend alot of caps on stuff). i would even spend millions. Do you guys know of a mod like this?
i do not have SI although i soon will.

Lots of shops. I just did a search on "shop" here and got a whole bunch:
