I just got Oblivion GOTY for PC, downloaded the DLC's I have on my 360 version. I want to start adding mods, but I have no idea where to start or what I need in terms of programs to start. I tried finding some info but it just left me more confused, I added a few mods to morrowind but the whole process seems a lot more complicated, it seems like there's a dozen or so programs I need. I apologize if there is already a thread like this open, but if there is I couldn't find it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
