I like playing as an evil character but I want to be the perfect character so I need an evil race mod an evil clothing, weapons, armour. Evil game play tweaks. Just anything you can think of to help me be a really evil character.
I don't really want to be a vampire but if you know any good mods which make changes to vampirism let me know.

Moriarcis is a good one, adds a whole new city full of undead inhabitants, and you can rule them. I forget the name, but there is a mod that lets you join the Mythic Dawn, and have you tried the official DLC Deepscorn Hollow?

MALEVOLENT is good. So is Dungeons of Ivellon and Gates to Aesgaard if you're looking for a scare.
Oh, and ATDungeon Keeper BETA and Dremora Companion (actually a city mod.)

Tears of the Fiend - I would say is mostly a mod for evil characters. It supposedly has options for good characters, but not well implemented. It also tells you your characters origin, so you have to open to that.

Also search out mods that flesh out your characters profession. There are some mods that expand the Dark Brotherhood for example, or you can join the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17448.

Necromancer mods for mages. The elder council you can play a corrupt legionnaire or tax collector.

Thanks I'm keen on Necromancer mods could you link me to some though most of all I need weapon armour race and clothing mods. I have gothshop. I also need a working link to both the gates of aesguard mods I have tried loads but none of them work. I need links please people.

This may sound stupid but do we need to finish the main quest for us to play malevolent.

You CAN play to Malevolent before but it's buggy and you'll not be able to enter in the tower so yeah. You MUST finish the quest before begin Malevolent.

ummm..... on the other side of the coin if you do not mind do the links cover good mods I mean the heroic mods.

Yeah, they have zombie and vampire hunting mods. Also plenty of paladin mods things like that.
Okay so if anyone knows any evil mods put them here and I'll compile a list

If you want more realistic and bloodier combat with decapitations and fun stuff like that try deadly reflex by skycaptain.
