Well, those images kind of sum up my problem. I had IFT installed, but then I uninstalled it hoping to fix the problem. Nothing. I had Better Redguards installed, so I uninstalled that hoping to fix the problem. No change. I installed Better Looking Redguards hoping to fix the problem. As far as I can tell, Better Looking Redguards only fixes the problem if I load it after the bashed patch. But I want it to load before bg's Race Balancing Project, and for it to be bashed properly into the patch.

Not sure where to go from here....

try reunpacking you oblivion texture bsa? thats a weird problem never seen it before
