Can whomever the Grandmaster of the Mages Guild, or better yet the Thieves Guild, be named Flash?

O.O the mages guild is gone? Now what other main questline am I going to follow besides Thieves Guild... Mages was always my favorite since I wasn't being illegal. I don't like being called criminal scum...
