Any mods that change the Magick system?

One thing I hated was the way the magick system works in TES games buying spells, I prefer spells leveling with me. Today I found this mod
http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31918

It seems to be the perfect mod, but its not completed. Are there any mods like this that change the way spells are acquired? I know Fearsome Magicka also does this, but it implemented the DnD way of spell casting which I seem to hate even more.

It may not be completed, but, is still being worked on. Seems the author is finishing up the school year, but then will be moving on to the next phase of development. If you don't power level, it should release by the time your character (providing you start a new one) is ready for it.

I could be mistaken, but I think http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20371 does this...

Also http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9562 changes the way you aquire spells (you have to formulate some new spells with components.

I'm trying both of them on my new install, but I can't say much about them yet.

I use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20371 along with http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12466 and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25844. They all seem to work nicely together (read the readme's). One thing I would say is any magic overhaul does seem to make it too easy to play as a mage (IMO), so add something to increase melee and archery damage as well to level the playing field a touch.
