Just came upon this article, Google news is full of elder scrolls V news, apparently it will be a direct sequel, but one report claims it may use the fallout 3/new vegas engine, but that seems very unlikely

Yep, that's where this should be posted.

I admit to being surprised that the author of that article doesn't seem to be aware of Zenimax Online Studio, which would be the likely developer of any TES MMOs in the works. Makes me wonder about the accuracy of the whole piece.
