Perhaps it is only funny to those who share my hatred for Bosmer, perhaps my comment wasn't funny at all, either way I'm not really concerned. For future reference though, I never turn down an opportunity to rip on the Bosmer. Crazy little bastards. I'll end this off-topic discussion here, sorry; I didn't mean to derail your thread.Everything you stated is exactly why I don't use archery in Oblivion, so yes I really hope these things get fixed.
And I didn't mean to come off like a giant ass either. I'm just kind of miffed at how blatantly Bethesda missed the mark in so many ways with Oblivion which was visually stunning and certainly showed some
awing potential for a new frontier in open world games.
I don't mean to take it out on others, but I'm on one hand very worried that Bethesda isn't capable of getting its crap together enough to seize the opportunity that Oblivion gave it, and on the other I'm full of anticipation to see what happens if they do actually step up to the plate with their game design and the other opportunities on the table.
"This could be big."
They have an opportunity to
rock the mainstream gaming world here instead of just appealing to a niche market. Then again, a game that appealed to that market to begin with ought to have things like game balance, level scaling, level capping, item generation, quest creation, quality control and other issues sorted already...
I'm rambling, but it boils down to "I'm full of anticipation, and full of apprehension."
It comes out sometimes. I apologize for that.
Try using some of the archery mods.
I have a PS3.
