Does anybody know of a replacer for Umbra's armor? I'm looking for something that still look like ebony, but has a different look, preferrably a spiky one. I've found one replacer that is a retexture of Imperial watch armor, but I'm looking for something that still looks like ebony.

I can make the mod for you if you find the mesh and texture you like.
Just go do a armor search and find a set of armor you like, link me to it, I'll make the mod and privately share it with you after it is finished (I am not going to publicly release it since the armor might not be aloud for redistribution)
