Jade Empire 2

When I get another pc, I plan to get that version. I understand they added some things that the xbox version didn't have. A sequel would be awesome, but I doubt it will ever happen.

What version are you talking about exactly?

And yes. I would love a JE 2. But, I would prefer for Bioware to make a Kotor 3 first. :poke:

Sorry, the pc version. I still have my xbox version.

I believe a while back one of the heads of Bioware said that they hold the series close to their hearts and a sequel isn't out of the question. The likelihood of this is debatable, but is is better than a definite no. I would just like to see Dragon Age and Mass Effect back to their former glory. Though I could settle for just Dragon Age. Mini rant.

I hope Bioware makes another sequel. And that they have Laidlaw be its lead designer, and Goldman be in charge of the art direction. Not because I like Jade Empire, I've never played it and really have no interest in it...but so that the two aforementioned individuals can stop [censored] up Dragon Age. :flame:

something I've wondered, are we sure the screw ups of Dragon Age II are actually Bioware's fault? Given how cynical the game's marketing has been, the rampant DLC and repetition of the design I'm almost beginning to wonder if it's EA (a publisher known for destroying companies for the sake of making a quick buck) that's been strong-arming Bioware to do this. Granted I know nothing about Publisher/Developer relations, but I find it hard to believe that Bioware could actually make these decisions themselves thinking their a good idea when they've never done so before they were bought by EA

EA may have had a hand in things, such as possibly setting such a low deadline. However, one only needs to read any interview with Laidlaw to see his opinion of Dragon Age: Origins, such as http://www.gamespot.com/features/6305575/index.html?tag=topslot;img;1. I swear, the guy hates it with every fiber of his being.

I love Jade Empire, it's by far my favorite Bioware game concerning story and characters.

Why did they put this guy on the game again?

Can't really stomach that kind of martial arts for that game. I don't care if it's going to be JE 2, I won't touch it.
