Floating static mesh

Hi I'm about 98% done setting up Oblivion with about 170 mods, so I really don't want to have to do a reinstall, bth I'd rather just ignore the mesh if that's what it takes to not reinstall, anyway, I has this castle static floating on the hillside NW of the IC over the Orange Road area [see pic] and I'm not sure where it has come from, I tried running Oblivion.esm [SI] just by it self (with mods installed just not activated) and the mesh is still there, making it impossible to work out where it's come from, has any1 had this issue before, I'd like to get rid of it before starting a game for real.

If you use OBSE, I'd recommend trying to identify it with FormID finder or Refscope.

Without them, if you can click on it in the console, you might get some information from the FormID that will display at the top of the screen.

That castle floating in the distance looks like its LOD from the pic. Carnage, have you tried going to the location you see it at? it might just be that you need to update your lod with the TES4LODGen. If not that then you probably have a conflict with your mods.

Thanx for that showler, with FormID finder I found out it was a LOD from a mod that was not working for some reason (Romuska Fantasy Store) and as long as it the mod was there (active or not) the TES4LODGen would make a LOD for it even though the castle was not showing properly, I uninstalled the mod and ran the LODgen and it fix it.

so all good, thanx also prime :)
