List of evil mods.

I don't know about you but I love playing as an evil character. Now its pretty hard to do that on standard Oblivion, so I turned to the obvious solution, mods.
So I looked around for a list of evil mods, I couldn't find any. I made a thread and got some contributions there, but not what I was looking for.
So I have decided to make my own and here it is.
