Issue with Time Manager

Post » Fri Jun 11, 2010 11:43 am

I've recently started using http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24677. It has a immersive wait feature which is really cool, but I noticed that the schedules got messed up when my char waited throughout the night in the Imp City Market District. Basically, no shops opened when they should. Still, it's a cool feature so I wonder if someone knows more details on it. Perhaps it's usable but only not in city spaces. At the moment I have it disabled as I'm unsure on what might happen.

Isn't that so that to get the shops open, the owner actually has to unlock those doors? Because IIRC, it's stated in the mod's readme that when using the immersive waiting feature, the AI may get off the schedule. However, it should solve itself when you give them an hour or so. I am using this mod without any damaging problems...

EDIT: Time Manager sets the speed of the NPCs up to compensate for the high timescale, but it is still possible that they just cannot keep up. The longer you wait, the bigger the deficit. Eventually, they will get synced again.

OK. I waited until 11 AM, normally they are open after 8 (except the lazy lady at a Fighting Chance). Might try it out again, waiting a shorter amount of time - but also wait to see when the shops open. It is really cool, esp. without the blur effect.
