There are many other things that contribute to a book selling copies but at least from a technical standpoint I have a chance. If the story doesn't go over well with the public I can live with that as I can always create a better story the next time around. However, the fact that I am right in line with the benchmarks make me happy. When I wrote the work I didn't even think about any of that stuff. So, imagine my delight when I see the numbers fall the way they do. I can't talk much about the book. I hope you check it out when it's done. My work will be available on a publish on demand basis. Sorry, I can't advertise where to get it. That would be against the rules. I guess you could pm me and I can point you in the right direction.
If you do read my book don't hesitate to contact me if you want to chat up the work. My doors are open for constructive critcism and I am open to discussion. This is copyright material and I am applying for a Library of Congress number. If my book is deemed 'relevant' there will be a physical copy in the library. If not the book is traded to another library but the catalogue number is kept. I should also mention I'm going totally indie on this one. Any money invested in the project is out of my pocket. The work has soul... :teehee:
*Oh, I almost forgot my work is horror/sci-fi and features original artwork created by me. It's very dark.
