Hello,

So after investing a good 30 hours into this game and loving every minute of it (despite the glitches), I find myself LOCKED OUT OF THE NEW VEGAS STRIP. When I approach the North Gate, I am told that a key is required. First of all, I didn't think there even was a key. Second, since I've been in before, I would have to already have the key, and I know that it is impossible to lose/drop/sell keys from one's keychain. This puts an almost complete halt to gaming; sure I can do side quests in the meanwhile, but what's the point if I will never be able to complete the main quest line? If anyone has any idea what the problem is or whether it will/will not be fixed in the upcoming patch, please let me know. If it won't be, I suppose I will just have to start a new game.

you can still get in through the McCarran air port base. You can take the monorail. If you're an enemy with the NCR grab a disguise. If they hate you they'll probably still catch you, but if you can fight off a few you should be able to get through to their monorail.

Something else you can do that works better, is starting at the new vegas gate, get as far as way as possile in a hidden position. From this position shoot one of the robots, securitrons or w/e. And kill it. If possible do it in one shot with a sniper rife or something. Or if you have the robot expert perk you can shut the robot down. Anyways kill it some how and it drops a key that will allow you back in vegas at any point
