Hi,

I did the mission 'Don't make a beggar of me' before I started 'Oh My Papa' and part of the mission is to get Melissa on my side. I can't find her in the main camp (she said she was heading back there after I finished the beggar quest) nor is she at the Great Khan Encampment. Can anyone tell me where to find her or maybe if I can use the command window to 'summon' her.

She isn't at the Khan camp, she's at the main rock quarry waiting for a drug shipment.

Hi no I did the drug drop mission and she said she was heading back to Red Rock. Then I started the new mission where I need to speak with her and she has gone from the drug drop location and isn't at Red Rock

same problem here.. anyone figure this out yet? i cant finish several quests because shes nowhere to be found.

My Pipboy shows her as being on top of that mesa area next to the Quarry area, and I can NOT get up the mesa at all. I did see the quarry, but the deathclaws were too much

Okay my game seemed bugged so as she wasn't at either the places she was meant to be. So thanks to Solnar on the cheat happens forum this is what I did:
'first off, use fallout wiki for the base id's
We find out that the base id is 000E595C
You now go into the console and click somewhere above ground, for example if youre at red rock, click on a tent. You need a reference point to get the npc to spawn. Then type placeatme 000E595C
Speak and continue with your diplomatic approach of the quest
ps. this works for any missing npc'
